We have all had neighbors we can't stand. Me, I cannot stand any of the neighbors that have lived upstairs in the apartment building I am in. I don't know why but they all seem inept when it comes to using water. Countless times my room has been flooded from water from their bathroom, or water from their washing machine because they cannot seem to make sure the drain hose is where it should be. But now they seem to like making water drip above the sink, the only good thing is atleast it is the sink area and therefore easier to clean than the other places.
